Bashitegile Mashile is an experienced HR strategist and the founder of YOUR360 People Function, a dynamic consultancy focused on empowering people and driving organizational success. With a National Diploma in HR Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, she blends practical expertise with people-centered solutions to deliver measurable results. As a qualified Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator, Bashitegile champions transformation and sustainable growth through inclusive learning and development initiatives. Her approach combines empathy with innovation, unlocking human potential and aligning HR strategies with real business outcomes.
